Iowa State entered the week looking like a clear path was before them in regards to advancing to the Big 12 title game next Saturday. Well, some interesting results have left Cyclone faithful sitting and watching the final league game of the day.

On Saturday night, Arizona State clinched a berth in the Big 12 Conference championship game. After beating archrival Arizona on Saturday afternoon to cap a 10-2 regular season, other conference results later in the day officially secured the Sun Devils’ spot in the Dec. 7 game that will be played in AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
