The Galaxy Watch series has had a rough entry into One UI 6, which is based on Wear OS 5. The OS debuted with the Galaxy Watch 7, but didn’t see full availability on other devices until only recently. Samsung made a beta version available for users to try, but even that was much later in the year.

Samsung is rolling out the One UI 6 Watch update for Galaxy Watch FE. Based on Wear OS 5, the update improves performance and adds new features like Energy Score and deeper sleep analysis. You can check for the firmware through the Galaxy Wearable app.

There’s a fresh Wear OS upgrade rolling out to Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Watch 5 Pro owners owners this week. This is the Wear OS 5 upgrade (aka One UI 6), which brings a whole suite of new features and enhancements.

While it's only in one region so far, Samsung has started rolling out Wear OS 5 to its original Wear OS watches, the Galaxy Watch 4 series.
