A Las Vegas judge set a $1 million bail for Alejandra Boudreaux, who was accused of breaking into Brandon Durham’s home before police responded, shooting and killing Durham.

Alejandra Boudreaux had her initial appearance on charges including home invasion and assault. Her bail was set at $1 million.

Clark County prosecutors filed a new charge Monday afternoon against the woman accused of sparking a police shooting after that woman exposed herself to reporters in court.

The suspect at the center of a fatal shooting by Las Vegas police appeared in court Monday morning. Ryan Kobayashi, who flew to Los Angeles looking for his daughter, Hannah, after she was reported missing,

"The Las Vegas community is calling for justice for Brandon Durham," organizers wrote in a social media post promoting the event.

A woman accused of a home invasion that led to police shooting and killing a homeowner is now facing a lewdness charge. Alejandra Boudreaux, 31, was set to appear in court on Tuesday in the new case,
